What Is Hypnosis?

While in hypnosis the conscious mind (critical mind), is temporarily turned down and you work directly with the subconscious mind where real change takes place quickly.

Hypnosis is a safe, natural response which allows you greater control over all aspects of your life.

Hypnosis is also a naturally induced state which we are in and out of all day long. There are many levels of hypnosis.

You can be in a state of hypnosis when you are stressed, relaxed, and/or when you are focused on a project. You can be in hypnosis when you are walking around or lying down.

Example: Have you ever been in your vehicle driving and been so busy thinking about something that when you arrived at your destination you don’t remember how you got there?  Have you ever been so engrossed in a book or movie that you couldn’t hear the phone ringing or someone talking to you two feet from you? If so, you were in a state of hypnosis. Any time your attention is focused on something you are in a state of hypnosis.
